Need more touch and connection in your life?
Shine a light on loneliness and isolation and join us for an evening of authentic connection, platonic touch and joyful interaction. We’ll explore communication and consent in a gentle, playful and hands-on way. The evening begins with an opening circle and a fully facilitated and interactive workshop on boundaries. We will practice various exercises in pairs and small groups that are designed to help you hone your authentic communication muscles by
Then the evening opens up for 2 hours of free-style cuddling. This can include giving and receiving hugs, spooning, massage, snuggling, holding hands, kindness and caresses. It can also include snuggling up alone, taking a nap, sharing a laugh and enjoying conversation with or without cuddling.
Important note - You don’t have to cuddle anyone or do anything you don’t want to do at this event…..or ever!!
This is a non-sexual event. In our culture cuddling and sexuality have been married. There is an assumption that cuddling will lead to sex. This is not true and what we learn in this space will break down the old paradigm and teach you a new way to be.
Here are the Cuddle House Rules.
1. You do not have to do anything you don't want to do or cuddle anyone you don't want to cuddle.
2. You must ask permission and receive a verbal YES before you touch anyone.
3. If you’re a yes, say YES. If you’re a no, say NO.
4. If you’re not sure, say NO.
5. You are free to change your mind.
6. If you have any questions or concerns, ask one of the helpers.
7. Tears and laughter are all welcome.
8. Respect people’s privacy when sharing. Share only your own experience.
9. Keep the space clean.

"I was unsure what to expect and was a bit nervous coming in but the moment I met the group I felt at ease. Through the conversation, hugs and one on one exercises, by the end of the workshop I felt totally connected to everyone in the room. It is a wonderful place to get the need for human connection and bonding met, a thing that is lacking for many of us in our day to day lives. I left feeling uplifted, happy and peaceful."

This evening offers a gentle introduction to clean, clear communication, without any cuddling. The focus is authentic communication itself. This is a stand alone event or it can serve as a bridge towards the Conscious Cuddle Event.
We will start with the basics in authentic communication, consent and boundary setting. You will experience practical exercises in honest communication with yourself, in pairs (dyad style) and with the group. The evening is designed to help you hone your authentic communication muscles by
These skills are absolutely necessary if you want to get close to another human being. When you put these tools to work in your life, you will transform your relationships and your experience in the world.
(Children should be learning this stuff in school)
